Chef Neha is passionate about delicious treats and travel. After earning her Bachelor of Education in Halifax, a significant chapter unfolded in Mumbai, India, where she taught a vibrant class of 77 students – a stark yet rewarding contrast to her Canadian classroom experiences. Baking began as a beloved hobby that blossomed into a true passion, leading her to pursue professional pastry chef training and embark on a second career.

She launched her baking business in 2019 and grew her dream business one cake at a time. In 2023 she became a Mother of twin boys which put a temporary pause on her career. Motherhood brought about a big shift of focus towards planetary health and humanitarianism. Deeply concerned by the ethical and health implications of the dairy industry, she decided to only offer indulgent plant-based desserts that align with compassionate values.

Having lived across three continents, she draws from her experiences and thoughtfully infuses her baked goods with global flavours. For her, cake transcends its role as a party treat, becoming a cherished opportunity to savour moments of celebration, joy, and memory creation. Believing that cake unites people during life's happiest occasions, she considers herself incredibly fortunate to be the one crafting these experiences for others. Her greatest pleasure and privilege lie in her bakery, where she dedicates herself to creating something truly special for each of her clients.
